Should you require a SUNDAY delivery for a special event, then please contact us directly and we can organise, however, a surcharge may apply depending on the area.
The standard delivery charge is $18 Monday-Friday and then $20 for a Saturday delivery
What Is the Cut Off Time for Same Day Flower Delivery in Christchurch?
Most areas within Canterbury are able to be delivered same day if your order is received by 12.30pm Monday - Saturday, however, if you have a last minute / urgent order, then please contact us directly and we may be able to help
We do have limited areas that are serviced by our rural couriers (for example Akaroa / Hanmer and therefore, Your order has to be in before 9am to guarantee same day delivery.
We offer a same day delivery service in Christchurch if you order before 2.30pm If you order after 2.30pm we can deliver it the next business morning.
Bourbon Rose Florist specialise in same-day delivery Monday to Saturday, If your order comes in after-hours on Saturday, it will be delivered the next working day. If you have a delivery to a business address please order in the morning so we can ensure we have it delivered in time. If you discover a problem with your delivery please contact us immediately so we can follow it up for you.
If your flowers are to be delivered outside of Christchurch, it may have to be delivered the following morning as the rural courier leaves early morning - If this is the case, We will be in contact with you regarding delivery if there is a problem

Please include in the shipping details:
The name of the company and which floor the recipient works on.
Full name of the person who is receiving the gift so there is no confusion with other colleagues with the same first name.
The hours during which the recipient is at work.
Mobile phone number for the receiver is required if possible
Can I track my delivery?
We can track your flowers at anytime via our courier, so please let us know if you need confirmation. Simply call or email us and we will find the information.
What if there is nobody home?
The courier will leave the flowers (which will have a water source) If it is safe to do so (ie somewhere out of sight, direct sunlight or harsh weather conditions)
If your order is going to an apartment block with security gates please supply a phone number so we call and make a time prior for delivery. If the courier, cannot leave the flowers then they will try again later that day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, then the flowers will be bought back to the shop and we will contact you to re-arrange delivery, however, another courier will be charged as we will be charged again by our courier company.
If you discover there has been a problem with delivery please let us know as soon as possible so we can follow it up for you.
Will my flowers be exactly the same as shown on the website?
Every endeavor is made to ensure your item is the same as the photo, however with seasonal availability we sometimes have to substitute with an item of the same value and quality. Rest assured though, that your flowers will still be beautiful
What If I or the recipient is not happy with the flowers?
Flowers are a perishable good, that need to be looked after in the correct way. once they leave our shop and are taken into your home, they are your responsibility to look after - we provide care instructions inside your message card - please read and follow.
We will offer refunds or a replacement to customers who receive goods that are in an unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds after this period. To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed the care instructions on the back of the message card. Your flowers must be in the same condition that you received them and with original packaging. We also require a photo of the damaged goods showing why you are requesting a refund. We require you to supply proof of purchase receipt. Once your refund request has been received, you will be notified that we have received your request for a refund and then we will notify you as to whether a refund is approved. If successful, payment will be credited back onto the credit card that was used for the transaction. Payment can take several working days before appearing on your statement.
If you do not want a refund, we will re-deliver the exact item that you purchased.
Can I pick up my flowers?
Yes, you simply select the pick up option during the checkout, rather than a paid shipping cost. This way you avoid the delivery cost.
